It's BRAND NEW and has been professionally altered by a talented and highly recommended seamstress - hem and bustle ONLY, which cost approximately $400. It was hemmed to fit my height wearing 3-inch heels - I'm 5' 9." My other measurements are precisely 31 bust, 24 waist, and 34 hips.
The last photo shows the hem and bustle work done. There is an incredible inner corset and boning work that gives the gown impeccable structure - it will not slip down!
