This is a custom dress designed by Estee Couture LA. Laser cut beaded bodice, ball gown, horse hair ruffled skirt with glitter. This dress was designed specifically for me. I added glitter material to the horse hair skirt AND POCKETS! The long sleeve mesh is optional. You can easily remove it but I had it stitched in. So you could make this dress completely sleeveless or leave the sleeves. This is what I call a show stopper sparkle dress!
