Exquisite vintage one-of-a kind ballgown style dress made of high-quality ivory silk and custom designed by bridal manufacturer Jenna Couture in New York for the owner's wife to wear on their wedding day held at the Strathmore Vanderbuilt Mansion on Long Island. Uniquely adorned with hand sewn individually beaded floral appliqués on the skirt. The sweetheart neckline, back, sleaves, and basque V-shaped dropped waist are each adorned by a 3-inch hand-beaded border. The fitted bodice is made of shirred silk. The full silk skirt and attached royal train have beaded appliques throughout and can be neatly bustled and attachd to the back covered buttons after the ceremony. The full skirt has taffeta lining and tulle netting. The sweetheart beaded neckline extends to an off-the-shoulder beaded /shirred capped sleeve.
Noted: Skirt bottom left side stain 2 1/2"L x 1/2"w, (falls in the fold of the dress and can be covered with a beaded applique) . Several other mild discolorations are barely visible along the skirt bottom and in the shirring of the bodice. There is a 3" tear in the netting underside of the tulle (easily repaired) and some mild 3" to 5" soiling of the taffeta lining underneath the dress. The inside front lining of the bodice also shows some areas of mild discoloration but no damage. .
